  1. I already pretty much posted it. Now that I look back at it, im not 100% sure that Robbys new deal has been factored in yet, but even if it has not, this year we have 20-24 million left. Next year around 30, before the roll over from this year. Year after that is between 145-155 million. We're in great shape with the cap any way you slice it. Another amazing draft or 2 from Fitt-Dawg and we will be in the drivers seat in the NFC.
  2. How the fug did you get that out of what I said? There is a difference between being "cheap" and using your money smartly in the right places.
  3. We've got 25 million in cap space this year, after the Robby signing. Next year we're projected to have 35 mil in space, before any roll overs of the current balance. 2023 is where things get really fun, as of right now we have 154 million dollars in cap space. I think we will be OK.
  4. We will still have plenty of money available next off season to sign a top flight LT if one somehow became available. Have you seen how much cap space we have projected coming up the next couple of years? And that is all before the NFL raises the cap dramatically, as is projected. I know its foreign around here to have a lot of flexibility and cap space, but this is a new regime and they actually seem to understand how to work the salary cap.
  5. Thanks for this. These are great. These highlights give me a lot of hope for Sams future here. He shows very quick decision making, and a complete cannon for an arm. Also, hes very decisive and accurate on the slants and quick in-cutting routes....something that will be very key with the types of players we have on this team. I think the skys the limit for Sam and the offense in general this year. Lets hope he can shake off all the bad habits and stink he got from Adam Gase and the Jets.
  6. I'd rather lose the Super Bowl every single year than be a 5 win bottom feeder.
  7. Mods - I saw this had already been posted. Please feel free to close and delete.
  8. https://sports.yahoo.com/madden-nfl-22-predicts-the-2021-season-164926460.html Yahoo Sports did their yearly Madden season simulation and the results were VERY surprising. Carolina wins the NFC Championship on the back of a rejuvenated Sam Darnold who threw 36 TD passes, and CMC who set the NFL record for all purpose yards with over 2,800. I know it means exactly squat, but I thought it was cool…
  9. Lol yeah, actually they’re made by this new company called “Ligma”.
  10. Sure looks like him. Although as others have said I find it hard to believe he’s be sitting in those seats for a preseason game.
  11. Ok. Got it. So just more Huddle overreaction at scrubs not playing well because they are scrubs and won’t even be on the team come September?
  12. Ok, but besides the obvious of Slye being hot garbage, what was so terrible? Just the fact that we couldn’t score?
  13. CMCs best running is done up the middle. Well between the Tackles anyways.
  14. I didn’t watch it but from the recap it doesn’t seem like it was THAT bad, was it? The first defense pretty much shut them out. Seems like Grier played pretty well. What’s the big deal?
  15. We will likely sign both to extensions. DJ still has a 5th year option to play under
  16. We’ve got a poo ton of cap space moving forward ( maybe the first time in team history). Might as well lock up all the talented players that we can. Robby is definitely a plus.
  17. A current generation 2K NFL game would be legendary. Their basketball games have some flaws, but they are supremely done, and much more fun to play than anything EA puts out.
  18. Do they have any other players in the game that have not been on a roster in 5 years? Is Kap going to just be available in the game in perpetuity?
  19. Damn Carl Lawson tore his Achilles and he’s out for the year!
