    That isn't true. I would believe Ellis over me and just about anyone else with regards to Carolina. He has worked really hard to keep good sources and information in the building, and he will be more in the know than any of the information I or most people will get. Him and Joe Person are where it's at in regards to that.

    Kind of. More so just general organizational control. Could that include head coach search? I don't know why it wouldn't. Will they simply fire Rhule and let Watson pick the head coach when he gets here? I don't see that happening.

    When I say "we" I mean the Carolina Panthers. I did not think New Orleans would be a serious contender yesterday, I thought there was no way with lack of resources and cap. That is obviously not the case.
