It seems Tepper told Rhule let Fitterer, Morgan, Suleiman do what they do best

D.J. MOOREWR, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers signed WR D.J. Moore to a four-year contract extension. The deal is a no-brainer for the Panthers, who have plenty of cap space now and in the coming years. Moore was entering the final year of his rookie deal and would be a big name on the open market if he wasn't extended before next offseason. He has topped 1,100 receiving yards in each of the past three seasons and will only be 25 years old when the upcoming season starts. With Chrisitan McCaffrey banged up as of late, Moore has been the only consistent source of offensive output in Carolina in recent years. His ability to pick up yards after the catch also makes him any quarterback's best friend. With the Panthers unlikely to find an elite passer anytime soon, that skill set makes him the perfect fit for Carolina's lackluster situation. Though the absence of a solid passer hinders his output, Moore's incredible production through four seasons makes him a locked-in WR2 for fantasy purposes

Fit was smart to wait until the 2nd wave when prices come down -
GARDNER MINSHEWQB, PHILADELPHIA EAGLES ESPN's David Newton believes Gardner Minshew could be "a possibility" for the Panthers. Carolina has swung and missed on every big-name quarterback looking for a change of scenery of the past couple offseasons, including Deshaun Watson, who eliminated the Panthers from his potential destinations this week. Minshew -- signed through the 2022 season with the Eagles -- could conceivably serve as competition for Sam Darnold, the team's presumed 2022 starter after striking out on Watson. Minshew was solid in two 2021 starts for Philadelphia, completing 68.6 percent of his passes and throwing four touchdowns to one interception. A volatile producer during his tenure in Jacksonville, Minshew would be a last-ditch option for the down-bad Panthers.

MATT IOANNIDISDL, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers signed DL Matt Ioannidis, formerly of the Commanders, to a one-year contract. Ioannidis lands with Carolina a week after Washington surprisingly released him in the final year of his four-year contract. Pro Football Focus graded Ioannidis as the league's 38th best interior defensive lineman last year. The Panthers in 2021 had the NFL's 15th best pass rush and 27th best run defense, per PFF

ROBBY ANDERSONWR, CAROLINA PANTHERS Panthers restructured Robby Anderson's contract, creating $5.9 million in cap space. Carolina converted $11.8 million of his pay in 2022 into a signing bonus. It's a routine move that was likely done automatically by the team. The Panthers have well over $30 million in cap space now. Expect them to be big spenders in the second wave of free agency -

Garoppolo would have a big cap hit if we would acquire him -
He’s actually a very attractive man
