  1. I understand we can have different opinions. Taylor looked good early last year, but towards the end of the year teams were picking him apart. I trust Wilks on starting CJ from this roster. I hate they are playing him and Horn in a damn soft zone.
  2. No he is not the best of them which is my point. You are expecting him not to do things that even top CBs do. He just had a solid game against NYG and us currently helping serve up a shut out. It’s hard for CBs because when they mess up on one play it sticks out to us fans. When Burns misses a wide open sack or when a LB misses a tackle or gap it doesn’t stand out as much. He is still young enough yo where mistakes are going to happen, but I wouldn’t cut him over it. Who do you want starting if he is cut? SOT? Taylor?
  3. I will say this. I was not expecting a reactionary post about a defensive player after this first half.
  4. He got toasted on a play. I’ve seen that happen to Ramsey and our own Horn (Brissett just missed the open WR). It happens to the best of them. Now if the offense was consistently targeting him then I’d be much more worried.
  5. They really have to get some of these other players involved.
  6. That drove me crazy last game. Our defenses should be average at least. Put Chinn in the box with Shaq. Get McCall or the big guy we signed recently because Brown. Let CJ and Horn play press man and keep Woods back as a FS. Also never drop Burns in coverage on 3rd and long.
  7. Yeah he definitely isn’t 6’0” judging from those clips, unless he just has some short OL…
  8. How funny would if be if Tepper pulled a Rhule on Rhule and talked him up right before firing him? “I have complete faith in Matt and look forward to him turning this franchise around.” Then fired him the next day.
  9. https://www.espn.com/college-football/player/_/id/4688380/cameron-ward ESPN has him as 6’2”. I think some sites are pulling in for from the hockey player Cam Ward who appears to be around 6’0” or 6’1”

  11. Must be patient, but wins must come. Umm sorry but one is preventing the other from happening.
  12. Good size, smart, athletic, great arm, and stays calm while going through progressions. He can work his way into the top of the draft.
  13. I like him, but I don’t think he does anything on an elite level to make him a first rounder. He is smart and solid, but runs a pass friendly offense.
  14. He had a nice road win at Wisconsin a couple games ago. If he lights up Oregon he will have the media’s attention.
  15. Yep. When other teams know exactly what plays the offense is running, it’s hard to find success.
  16. https://www.si.com/nfl/draft/scouting-reports/cameronward He has a big game this weekend against Oregon! Hopefully he crushes it.
