Haha yep. This year he liked Levis, then “loud for Stroud,” and now AR. That pretty much confirms Young is the right choice…
-
I really do like Stroud. He makes it look easy because a lot of times it was easy. Clean pocket and WRs with separation will be a layup for him everyday. It will be interesting to see how he does when it’s not easy. If he continues from that UGA game he will be something special in the NFL.
-
Yep he is not elite and signed to start over Trask. What does that make Trask? How is Carson Strong? Who also had durability concerns just like Corral.
-
They just signed Baker to start over Trask just like he did over Corral. Baker starting over your guys is a bad look. Also Corral can’t stay healthy. You are concerned about Young’s durability while Corral was injured in college and couldn’t make it through the preseason last year.

My favorite is still Tom Brady breaking tackles!
-
Well I am glad you are learning to cope with our new QB. We can get through this together. He is a small QB and that's ok. Let's say it together....
-
I'd say a lot of us fans preferred Stroud, but weren't lying when we said we would be happy with either QB. I still like Stroud a little better, but I am excited for Young being our new QB. It was a win/win and still is.
-
So we have people dying by stats in college but wanting AR as the pick??
-
Yeah the aggressive hard hitters are hurt a lot. Derwin James is always hurt, Kam Chancellor had trouble with it too. Too aggressive can be bad no matter the size…
-
Lol you aren’t a hater? Us drafting Young has you up at night posting nonsense.

https://www.pff.com/news/college-football-week-7-quarterback-rankings Key Stat: 88.2 passing grade on non-first-read throws since 2021, second-best in the nation. There is no one better at processing defenses and getting through progressions. Young is a natural when it comes to making plays when knocked off rhythm and rarely allows the defense to make a play on the ball.
-
I never said you weren’t. I just know that guy is on every post about Young saying how bad he is AKA hating on him.
-
You compare him to Webster and mock him regularly. It’s straight up hate. Be a hater if you want, just don’t be in denial about it.
-
Is it rent free if you are spamming every post? Seems like a pretty time consuming rent to me?
-
Lol right. I was trying to figure out who he was arguing for… maybe Tua or Wentz if either could stay healthy?? Still don’t see Wentz in Stroud at all. Stroud is Goff with Burrow being his absolute ceiling if you want to do a comp ( which I don’t really understand as no two players are the same)
-
Pretty sure you were “loud for Stroud” who played at OSU…
-
Honey Badger was a great tackler. He was like 5’9.
-
I’m talking about tackles and injuries at the position. Isn’t that what you were mentioning with Jackson? Holding and pulling aren’t really relevant to that conversation. We can bring it current if you want. The top tackling DB last year was Jalen Pitre safety from Houston. 5’11 198 with 147 tackles.
-
Yeah but that response is in context. He referred to Jackson being scarred to tackle and always hurt due to his size. I showed a smaller player at the same position that wasn’t.
-
Ronde Barber was a great tackling CB. He ranks 3rd in tackles. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/most-tackles-by-a-cornerback-career His size? 5’10” 184. Jackson is always hurt with leg injuries. Hamstrings seem to linger and most recently torn Achilles. Those aren’t typically from tackling/contact.
