FOX and CBS only film NFL in a max of 1080p. FOX broadcasts in 720p, while CBS broadcasts in 1080i. YouTube Sunday Ticket streams in 1080p If you are watching the daytime NFL games in 4K, it's not because they were filmed in 4K, but that they were upscaled to the 4K level.

Merging some info from other threads, in case people were interested in what is (or more likely, isn't) available in 4K.

Prime time games are different. I did not mention ESPN or NBC coverage.

I’m not doubting 4k is available. saying the FOX and CBS NFL broadcasts only film in 1080p. If you’re getting 4k on those broadcasts, it’s being upscaled by YTTV

It’s upscaled. NFL FOX and CBS only film in 1080p. Anything NFL from those networks in 4k is not native.

Nobody gets 4k unless it’s upscaled. They networks aren’t filming in 4k. It was touched upon in the YouTube Sunday Ticket thread. FOX broadcasts in 720p. CBS in 1080i. Sunday Ticket will be in 1080p HD

Based on how many times they've thrown some love to Bryce and the Panthers this morning on the FOX pre-show, we really might be starting a new era
