I would certainly be interested in using him heavily to end the season and see what we have. If the kid plays tough maybe we are able to work our way to the cup.

Hope Staal is okay, that would be a massive loss.

I just told my boy that Freddie was hurt in the exchange prior to his last save. He couldn’t even stand hardly. he fell 2-3 times before. Tore his knee.

Agreed, that line is heavy and competitive. They have been outstanding. If we can get our other lines consistently playing well, we would skate to a cup.

If Freddy can stay tough the Staal line may get us there.

I think a lot of our offensive issues are due to no net front. The goalies are able to see what’s coming. We have to create some screens. We were really good early in the season but recently no net front.

With such a long season momentum is very important. Similar to baseball ruts happen, but this doesn’t feel like a normal rut. It feels like the wheels are falling off.

I am a bit confused as to how we fell off the face of the earth. We are 4-3-3 in the last ten and look like garbage tonight.
