The only problem with that package is that BoB doesn't work there anymore. I don't think they go for it. On the Panthers side, I think you take that trade in a heartbeat. -

To be fair, that wasn't exactly the Seahawks plan either. They signed Matt Flynn to a Teddy Bridgewater deal after he had a good game with the Packers. I know they liked Russ and wanted to land him, but if they really knew how great he would be, they wouldn't have let him fall so far.
