Wirfs is already one of the top tackles in the league. Huge reason they won last year. Becton and Wills are already settled in and performing highly at LT. Brown is good but nowhere anywhere close to as valuable as a competent left tackle. I like the horn pick but feel we are going to regret immensely not picking Slater. He is an animal. At some point we are going to have to use a first round pick on a LT.

This is how I feel. I hope (and think he does) does well next season. It probably wasnt right what the team did to him but then again we paid him $40+ million so I think he is going to be alright with it

Like it or not Moore is ahead of him on the depth chart. Could that change, sure but then he would be wr #3. If that happens where is his production coming from? He cutting into DJ's production, Anderson, Cmacs? Oh and there is also a new pass catching TE we just signed. I am just not seeing where his targets, playing time, etc are going to come from. He has 3 vets ahead of him, plus cmac and Arnold. I would say 500 yards would be the absolute upper echelon ceiling for him this year. I would temper that saying 300ish and a few td's.

If our oline is just average and if Sam is just average and effective then I think we cakewalk to the playoffs. I say this every year but I truly think Tom Brady falls completely off the earth this year. I mean it has to happen. It will happen and this is the year. The Saints aint winning with Winston or the swiss army knife. Our biggest competition for the division is ATL. Their offense is going to be sick. No two ways around it. We will be in two shoot outs with them and I suspect the last one at the end of the year will be for all the marbles.
