  1. you guys have absolutely lost your minds if you think Mauigoa is going to fall to 19
  2. Thats true and you have a point but us being an 8 win team and still needing a lot of pieces it kindof narrows the margins of the draft picking at the back half. To me this draft will define Morgan and co. 1 of the worst of all time followed by a really solid one lets see what he delivers in April
  3. Which is why the 5th year option is fuging stupid
  4. there is only a handful of blue chippers (Reece, Styles, Downs, Love, Bain) but overall its a pretty deep draft with solid players. Really deep on the defensive side particularly lb's so that is in our favor. Thats why I have been saying if styles is not there at 19 (he wont be) then try to pull a Rams/Falcons type deal and get another 2nd and first for next year. IMO there really isnt much difference in quality of players at the back half of the first into the 2nd
  5. Thats one of those careful what you wish for situations, purgatory is hell in the NFL
  6. no way reese falls to 7 and no damn way Styles falls to 19 Caleb downs at 12 seems lol as well and Bailey seems high due to his size
  7. I dont think the team is all in on Bryce by any stretch. My main overall point is that if you dont know by year 4 if the dude is it then whats the point of committing 26 million more for a 5th year? Picking up his 5th just eats into the cap and the only risk is if he "balls out" and we have to pay him a year early but come on nobody on here thinks that is going to happen. Mark my words, Bryce either works out or he doesnt in year 4 there is no scenario where he is making that much money backing someone up.
  8. I will say it fir the 100th time. Picking up the 5th year option makes no sense and is fuging stupid
  9. I dont disagree but saying that now feels like we are in bizarro world. Can you imagine typing that back in August?
  10. from the draft sites it looks like romeo is roughly 2nd, Barber 3/4 range and Huskey looks like a late round flyer at best. Again I dont recall ever watching maryland this season so I cannot speak to his game but Barber and Height would be pretty good fits at the right draft spot but Height is just not a big dude and will probably struggle in the nfl
  11. ^^^ 1. I dont know much about Huskey but his size and stats seems good 2. Barber is the anti Icky. Hes really good at pass pro and really quick and handles speed rushers well but not really strong enough for a dominate run game 3. I love Romellos game but hes not really a big dude and this may make him a one trick pony in the nfl
  12. LOL they fired Stefanski for that. Godalmighty. Actually that kindof sucks because I just remembered he went to atlanta
  13. My main beef with EE is that he completely misuses Horn, even with a pass rush and better linebackers he is still will not let Horn on their best player for the majority of the snaps. Its frustrating
  14. https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/sonny-styles-2026-nfl-draft-221140860.html Sonny Styles essentially never misses a tackle, missing just one on nearly 700 defensive snaps in 2025. There hasn't been a tackler this consistent and disciplined in several NFL Draft classes. basically every draft profile says the same thing
  15. Yeah man you watched someone else. Styles is an excellent tackler and only missed like 1 or 2 tackles all year. He is a freak athlete that can cover as well. He is who I desperately want but no way will he be there at 19. As to this draft there are only a handful of uber talent players (Styles, Reece for sure) so I would love to trade out of 19 if the opportunity is there. Pick up a 1rst for next year. I think its a fairly deep draft, especially on the defensive side but not a lot of "holy poo this guy is a game changer" players. And for some reason I watched a lot more college football this year than I should have.
  16. who was the poster on here screaming that we are one of the youngest teams in the nfl when in reality we are ranked like 15th at 26 years old?
  17. I mean thats probably a bit high for sure but trust me after he works out and shows his athleticism then couple that with his stellar coverage and run stopping ability its going to be game on for teams trying to get him. I watched every snap of his and that kid is a beast
  18. This is not me coming at you so please dont take it that way. But I find it funny that Smith had a terrible season and in fact he absolutely did but his stats are comparable if not better than bryces. Its funny how bryce defenders are judging him
  19. and yet in his only year starting is still comparable if not better than bryces best year. let that marinate a bit
  20. Baker was good in the past he was just a self admitted douche Darnold always had the skills he was just thrust into the starting role at age 20. Bryce doesnt have the physical skill set of either. And if we dont know if he is the dude after year 4 its time to pull the plug, its as simple as that
  21. now do Kenny Picket, zach wilson, justin fields, I could go on but you get the drift
