  1. Mac and Bone said the "sell the team" and "tepper sucks' chats were the loudest they have ever heard. Fowler said something to that as well. But fug man the way everyone was talking about bryce in camp and in the preseason gave absolutely no indication it was this bad. Mike Kaye said it was a slow process for young at one point but never said it was outright bad
  2. I dont think this has ever happened before and what you are suggesting is the ultimate best case scenario and the odds are minuscule. He is shot now and everyone including his teammates have no faith in him.
  3. assuming he continues to play like he is doing then he will have options and most likely will simply stay in minny
  4. probably but its still wild as hell to me that it only took 18 games (2 for DC) to be like "fug this" and we still owe a 2nd to pay him off
  5. It wouldnt surprise me at all to learn today we have traded young to the dolphins for like a 5th and a 7th
  6. I mean you could argue either way. Especially if you supposedly hired a qb whisperer and its 2 games in. Ive said it 100x now but by making this move you have cratered his career in carolina and thats fuging wild simply 2 games in. WTF were they doing in the off season and how the fug did he look competent vs jets and buff?
  7. https://www.theringer.com/2024/9/16/24246794/bryce-young-benched-and-waiver-wire-pickups-for-week-3 worth a quick listen
  8. Then why not say "I have to watch the tape" instead of "Bryce is our QB"? Why not say "I made this decision and informed Dave about it in our meeting" instead of "I am going to keep that private"? The jumbled word salad just opens things up
  9. I know that and you know that but to announce it after 2 games is fuging wild. And for Canalas to basically come out and say it is fuging wild
  10. thats where I am leaning, the boos were the final call. I mean for fugs sake everyone knows he was hired to fix bryce and they talked all fuging off season about Baker and geno but yet he is going to pull the plug and admit defeat after 2 games? Nah man this came from above.
  11. he was hired to fix bryce and gave up after 2 games? Yeah something smells here.
  12. https://x.com/TheAthletic/status/1836008508564942922 interesting commentary from Person
  13. all the coachspeak, lord speak or whatever he is going to say isnt going to make this less awkward. He knows the team gave up on him, the coach thinks he cannot win and now the fans know it. You got move him for everyones sake
  14. you have to tried bryce, he cannot be hanging around the locker room all things considered. Hes shot and his teammates have no faith in him and he knows it. You got to move him and bring plummer up or sign someone. Its a wrap
  15. 100% Not disagreeing with that but simply saying young was way behind the 8 ball from the jump and I simply to this day cannot believe some dumb ass huddlers saw it but professional nfl scouts didnt
  16. the organization is responsible for getting him here for sure but young was never going to work in the nfl
  17. so 6ish wins this year bridge qb next year winning 6-8 wins rookie qb in 2026 damn we got a long road ahead no matter how you slice it
  18. Jesus this is brutal and we still owe a 2nd for him fug
  19. tepper doesnt care, he sees a former seattle player that was successful a decade ago
  20. Sure but what I am saying is ultimately they all knew to a man that by doing this you are killing his career here and you gave up a poo load for him to play 18 games and every one involved fuging failed at scouting and drafting him. Canalas failed in developing him. Everyone failed and thats a big ass pill to swallow 2 games into the season. So yeah I think something big happened. To go from "Bryce is our qb" to "Dalton gives us the better chance to win". There are supposedly no expectations on the year but working with bryce going forward isnt an option
