I think he gave it the ol college try but if you remember that first preseason, much like last year, they hid bryce. I think once the practices started everyone involved knew they were fuged. If you recall Fitt even came out right before the season and said this process was going to take time and he referenced seattle. But prior he said the roster was set up to just drop a qb in and compete for the division. Once they saw Young in practice with his weak arm they knew their goose was cooked
