Yeah we went for raw talent to coach up instead of the technicians. I was fine with the Ickey pick until we decided to be a pass first team out of nowhere

I mean he looked pretty good coming in cold last season. 5td to 1int. He basically just sat on the bench for the last 6 years, obviously sees the game better now than at 23 years old playing for the Jets
