So you can't say the guy isn't good until you see him with a competent team around him it's simple. Baker was straight BOOTY CHEEKS here last season then went to a team with actual NFL talent and was in the ProBowl. So did he all of a sudden get good or was he already good and needed some HELP

As I said in another thread before we made the hire. Everyone looked at the current state of our franchise as a bad thing as far as finding a coach I looked at it as a good thing because we could give a young hungry coach with something to prove an opportunity (especially minority candidates) and that's EXACTLY what we end up doing!! So me personally I'm excited, if any of you watched the video of him in the other thread you can see him get emotional on the podium because Todd Bolwes gave him the OPPORTUNITY to prove himself after getting passed over in Seattle I feel he's gonna bring that same attitude here!! #keeppounding

He's under contract the only way we lose him is if we fire him or he gets a head coaching job which I doubt (for reasons that don't include his coaching abilities)

I look at this different than most of you guys. You may look at our situation as a negative because all of the "it" or "big name" candidates may not want to come here. I look at it in the sense that we may end up with one of these young hungry candidates with something to prove who may get overlooked because they don't have the connections not because they can't do the job well. ESPECIALLY these minority candidates they get looked over year after year with no real shot of getting a chance to prove themselves. I personally would prefer one of them than the it guys. Look at what the GM's in Detroit and Chicago are doing they both have their teams in GREAT situations moving forward.

Getting rid of talent is the LAST thing this team should do!! You guys wanna save money to go buy some other teams cast aways which makes NO SENSE smdh
