I was listening to our podcast on the 2003 season. Coach fox talked about wanting a hard nose team that is not afraid to hit. Not stars. Just hard working guys. He also wanted an identity from the start. We are gonna run the ball and play play action. With Davis and Smitty Moose and Jake we had that. These guys aren’t anything like that. No identity.
