CJ Stroud played even better than I thought. Watching the highlights, his O-line was awful against the Ravens pressure (although CJ's rating actually went up during blitzes) and their running game was crap. However, CJ converted a LOT of 3rd down with clutch passing. I think he will be fine in Houston. But that line needs to make sure they don't get him injured. Made our line look like the Great Wall of China today.

See...THIS is why rookie QBs should play more in preseason. Obviously, I don't want them to get hurt, but the longer they play against another team in a meaningless game, the more comfortable they can be finding the right chemistry. After watching the highlights, I don't think this is all on the receivers. Bryce seem to throw too quickly at times when he didn't need to...then sometimes held on too long. But I know he'll adjust and get more comfortable.

Sadly, that happens when two play against each other. I have a feeling Atlanta's gonna lose a lot of games this season.

Seems like the Defense was very good through most of the game. Typically even great defenses will break if the offense doesn't produce. But hey, this looks to be a marathon rather than a sprint.

Hey...Burrow had a bad day too. IOW, I don't think we can judge just yet from this game. Even the coaches know they have to adjust.

I'm not gonna overreact. Both top rookie QB's had to play on the road and both struggled today. But both showed promise also. Neither were helped by the running game. I believe Bryce and CJ will be better their first games at home.

Our defense needs to be rewarded by the offense eating clock and putting points on the board. We can't be giving away free points.

I have to watch this damn game on gamecast. But I can't help to roll my eyes hearing about another Horn injury. Love his game, hate his fragility. It appears as if BY is doing pretty well. Defense seems good. Hurst is a beast, but I knew he was. Hope we can score in the 2nd.

Announcer just said we should put an asterisk next to this Detroit win because of the injuries. I call B.S.! Every team has somebody who's injured. How many losses did we have without great players? This is a legit win...period.

Ah, so Army has abandoned the 3-option offense because of new cut-blocking rules in the NCAA. So more passing.

Dang! It's 90 degrees at the Army game. Not a surprise in the deep South, I suppose. I don't know how they do it.
