Is he better than Corral?

I still think its bad attitude. He got paid and relaxed and didnt seem to give a rats ass any longer

I thought that is the whole reason we signed him instead of just signing back Foreman? I saw others on here say he would be so much better in the receiving game than Foreman.

Oh odds are totally against him staying healthy and I was trying to send good vibes that way but if I had to bet significant money on it I would have to go with not playing a full season and having some sort of injury that holds him out significant time unfortunately.

I think it comes down to piss poor attitude, piss poor effort and what appears to unfortunately be very low intelligence judging by some of his interviews.

Yeah that has to feel awful to get that good feeling of making the team and then all of a sudden get a pink slip right after.

I want to be optimistic and hope he is back in the lineup soon and remains relatively injury free this year.

Thats true. Never gave him a thought but I would be surprised if he was cut this young into his career yet also surprised if he is kept due to the lack of impact he has made. I wish he could put it all together and figure it out. Coming out of college I thought we hit on something good with him.

He definitely has a skill set. Granted it is not coaching but that guy could be a sleazy salesman of just about anything and make a fortune it seems.

Pick one surprise cut and list them. Lets see who is right. Mine would have been Corral but with how down on him everyone has been I no longer think if he is cut that it will be a surprise. I still think we should hold onto him one more season to see what he can develop into with good coaching. Who knows, maybe he could develop into a tradeable future draft pick for some team looking for unproven yet promising or at least a youthful career backup to be able to relay on should one ever be needed.

Yeah, now that I see them listed out they look very unproven.

If Ron doesnt screw him up, Howell looks like he is going to have a solid career or at least have a great shot at it.

Wonder why the Chiefs traded him? He seems like he could be awesome to hang onto if im the Chiefs. Its not like we gave them much anyhow. For that trade equity, I would have just kept him. Good for us but cant understand why they would swap him out for virtually nothing.

Why would they cut Foreman? Thats crazy. If they cut him, we should be calling him right after.

I REALLY wanted Howell in the draft (Don't care anything about UNC and never have been a fan). He just seemed like one of those guys who would put it all together and be very good if given the chance. I am going in and saying Howell passes for 3500 yards this season and thrown 22-29 touchdowns which keeping the ints low then next season breaks 4000 yards and 30+ touchdowns. Hard to believe we could have drafted him instead of Corral and im no Corral hater at all. Hopefully Ron doesnt screw Sam Howell up.
