Yeah, FSU pass rushers were well known to bust in the NFL but I'm glad we drafted Burns where we did. Bama QBs were bust city for decades. Same with USC QBs and WRs both. The program/system is certainly part of the evaluation process but I wouldn't exclude anyone solely because of where they played college ball. Air raid QBs were never supposed to work in the NFL. Enter Patrick Mahomes stage left.

That was not a smart decision from Mahomes. That was a dangerous ball to throw already well within FG range and having zero chance at getting a 1st down out of it.

For anyone wondering if the NFL was gonna crack down on that KC RT after that infamous week one showing, he's racked up four penalties today.

I was sold on Stroud after that UGA game. That's as close as you can get to facing an NFL defense outside of the NFL. I mean, with the way the Eagles draft UGA defenders he was basically playing the Eagles' defense.

We know surprisingly little about the science behind concussions. What I know from being a fight fan for decades is that there's clearly a difference from person to person when it comes to the ability to absorb blows to the head. You either have it or you don't.

Easily the second best OT in our franchise history, but sadly that's not saying much because the drop off to #3 is steep indeed. Moton has been a steady, reliable player his entire career. He's not elite but he's always available and you know what you're going to get.

Because they're winning. Winning cures everything. The Rams went all in on winning a SB and it worked out for them. But they're probably about to bottom out and have to do a full rebuild because they did what you're advocating to do. Which made sense for them going all in on an aging vet QB but makes a lot less sense for us trying to build a roster around a rookie QB for the next decade plus.

Watch it. He makes plenty of fair critiques.
