This is exactly what I expected and somehow it's still utterly disappointing and defeating. Tepper took a mediocre franchise and turned it into the NFL's doormat.

I don't know if he's their long-term answer and they seem to be big game hunters when it comes to head coaches, but the guy sure has been one helluva stabilizing force with season derailing chaos after season derailing chaos happening left and right within the organization.
