Ewers with a Darnold level INT to start off the Red River Shootout

Paysour and McCollum are both going to really benefit from having a true field stretcher out there. That was the big thing this offense was missing. Paysour is a big possession type guy. McCollum is a YAC guy. We just didn't have that guy who could blow the top off.

I'll literally watch pirates streams over official ESPN streams. They're just better as embarrassing as that is for the self proclaimed World Wide Leader in Sports.

5:23 to go in the 2nd. The Bears still had 10 points to score before half.

This would be the most humiliating instance of cheating in human history if true based on the Commanders' D being utterly non-existent in the first half of that game.

Heading out for Chapel Hill here in a couple hours. Hope to watch the Red River Shootout on the way down if reception allows for it (I'm not driving).

Ole Ron never changes.

We got sold hard. The adults were back in charge again. A real staff with real NFL experience. Tons of QB developing experience among them. Well...

Everything about this offense is a mismatch of talents and philosophies. Nothing fits. It's not a shock that it's broken.

Don't forget that a veteran journeyman out up 368 yards and 2 TDs in this same offense.

I'm not saying Bryce is in a good situation. I'm saying that the Texans got what we were sold - a QB with the ability to carry an offense and an offensive minded head coach to scheme it up.

This. They had to come up with a narrative to justify trading their two elite offensive skill position players in recent years. It's just not playing out like they envisioned it.

Frank Wrong- “explosive plays will come but…..”

It's working 1000%. We just can't see it yet. -
Grab you a tall glass of cold water because these are gonna be some hard pills to swallow... They're missing four starting OL. Nico Collins is their #1 WR and had less than 500 receiving yards in both of his previous season. He'll surpass that in his next game. Their #2 is a 3rd round rookie. Their #3 is a guy with 500ish yards in each of his two previous seasons. Their starting TE has 2200 yards over six seasons. They have the sixth fewest rushing yards on the NFL so the passing game is carrying the full weight of the offense. Their staring RB has under 200 rushing yards. Their backup has less than 100. But keep comforting yourself with this narrative that the Texans have the superior offensive supporting cast.
