  1. Reid really botched that. How do you waste a timeout there?
  2. This. All of this. I'm a believer in Willis' tools but we are NOT the right situation for a QB prospect like him. Hell, we aren't the right situation for ANY QB prospect, but if we're talking a shot at one IMO it's a two horse race between Howell and Corral.
  3. Yeah, winning a SB... that'll show 'em the error of their ways! Then they flip Jimmy G to us for two 1sts and Brian Burns.
  4. I just don't see any evidence that Rhule thinks investing heavily in the QB position unless it's for a proven high caliber vet (who ain't signing off on coming here) is how to build a winner in the NFL. We'll see if faceplanting twice changes his perception but I'm not holding my breath.
  5. Not having the Bengals and Chiefs as the late game is a significant scheduling blunder IMO.
  6. We need a coach. Bridgewater could've been that guy for us. But despite these guys talking about a rebuild, five year process, etc. everything they've actually done has indicated that they thought they were smarter than everyone else and this was going to be a quick and easy turnaround. Kirk Cousins is a good QB. If you put him on the best roster in the NFL you can compete for a SB. Kirk Cousins on a rookie contract would be something to work with. But paying Kirk Cousins legit starter money hamstrings you. He doesn't make enough of a difference to eat up that much cap space. The ceiling for a team with Kirk Cousins is competing for a wildcard spot unless you hit some draft classes out of the park. That's just reality.
  7. I think Ridder could have a career as a backup. He's kinda what you want in a backup. Decent at everything, great at nothing, and generally does a good job of taking care of the ball.
  8. His career long is 46. Yeah, he could probably make it from 60 kicking a line drive that would hit his long snapper in the ass.
  9. Sciba is crazy accurate within his range but 45 yards is about his max. Limited leg strength will likely keep him out of the NFL.
  10. Welp, we definitely don't want any of those DL.
  11. At it's core, UNC's offense IS an RPO offense.
  12. I see Chase Daniel. That's not a knock. Daniel has played 13 years in the NFL. Zappe is likely a mid-round pick. If he can duplicate Daniel's career that's a solid mid-round pick.
  13. 8-9 probably comfortably wins this division next year as things currently sit. I don't expect us to be in contention.
  14. I'm politely telling you to stop trolling and derailing threads. People are tired of it. I'm not the only one.
  15. Don't flatter yourself. Feel free to prove me wrong.
  16. The guy has no intention of an honest conversation. Just FYI.
  17. If they were actually good at it they'd be in NFL front offices.
  18. He did. Then he let his buddy run the offense how he wanted and we all saw how that worked out.
  19. Yep. Don't try to Hurney your way out of bad contracts by making them worse.
  20. I honestly think non-ACC fans struggle to comprehend just how bad UNC's OL play was this year.
  21. Marion is blackout drunk on Busch Light and Fireball and is trying to fight Morganton for outgrowing their raisin'. Morganton is drinking local craft beer and thinking, "Damn, I used to be Marion and he's about to fug around and find out there's still a lot of redneck behind this yuppie beer and hipster beard." Lenoir is nodding off in the corner strung out on fentanyl laced heroin. Everyone there is just tired of Granite Falls telling them that's where Eric Church is from. Hickory is that 25 year old former HS jock who still hangs out at HS parties. Gastonia just walked in, it's Fred Durst.
  22. This. If I can stay in Buffalo with Josh Allen that's what I'm doing.
