Looked like his hand got rolled on at the end of that 3rd and 2 play for no gain. He came up indicating his wrist was injured.

Literally littered with injuries, four games now with by far the worst QB in the league, rookie HC is going to have some growing pains.
-
Being aggressive all year, more creative playcalling than we’ve seen since Chud, guts to bench Bryce, team plays for him even with how bad the season is going.
-
lol all this whining about Canales. I disagreed with the decision too, but it actually worked out for us and the whole year he’s shown he’s not afraid to be aggressive. His positives have far outweighed the negatives with him, with the occasional bad playcalling.

There’s the Bryce we know. Shoulda been picked while someone else was running open, then causes a sack due to no pocket awareness.
-
Well that was dumb. Shoulda called the timeout and gone for it.
-
That was a Russell Wilson ball

Hill is the most overhyped player in the league. That TD was all OL, he wasn’t touched til he already had a full head of steam at the 3 yard line. The previous run he was able to push when two or three OL were able to get on Tuttle and push them forward.

And yea, I’ll say this about Bryce. This has been his second best half of his career so far. Not great, some bad throws and decisions, but some actual good stuff to balance it as well. Below average for an NFL starter, but huge improvement for him.
-
Yea I think we’re good with young WRs. XL and Coker are legit. Say what you want about Morgan, but he’s done something no GM has ever done in Carolina: got two solid rookie WRs. Only one other good one drafted at all since Smitty in DJ Moore
-
Someone missed their block, play had a chance otherwise
-
Gd Coker is that dude. Bad throw, but he still pulled it down
-
Stupid audible by Bryce
-
That shoulda been picked, terrible

I’ve seen this narrative all over social media since last night. Gtfoh. One bad game is an anomaly from Stroud. Bryce doesn’t even have one good game. Every game of his has been a bad game. He’s had one good half his whole career so far.
-
Depends on the rest of the year. The last two games he looked almost as bad as Bryce. I was originally all for giving him another year to let our next QB that we draft sit for a while, but if the last two games were the real current Dalton then I’d have to pass. If he can bounce back to how he played the games prior then sure, give him another year.

Like I said, 100% speculation. It’s entirely possible he just wants to be kept informed about what’s going on, if nothing else then to learn the stuff he obviously doesn’t know. There’s been nothing credible whatsoever to state that Tepper has been involved in any decision making other than coaches and GMs. Maybe he does get involved in decisions, I have no idea. My above theory is also 100% speculation.

Jfc getting rid of the few good players we have isn’t going to make the team better…Horn is a foundational player. He’s a top CB when he’s healthy and he’s proving he cans try healthy. No he can’t do it by himself, no one can. But as we add players to the defense, if we get rid of Horn it’ll be two steps back one step forward. Chuba is an affordable starting caliber RB. No sense getting rid of him before we know what we have in Cooper. And if we can retain him relatively affordably then we should because it’s good to have two good RBs. A fire sale isn’t going to help us. It’s just going to make the rebuild take even longer.

100% fee fees. This place is absolutely ridiculous with speculation and rhetoric. And then it gets repeated so often people start taking it as fact. It’s been happening since long before Tepper got here.

It seems to me that people that say he played better or have anything positive to say just look at the stats and didn’t actually watch him play. The short opening drive was decent (even though the td pass was behind XL and should have been picked or knocked down but XL did a great job securing it). From that point on until garbage time against prevent defense he was atrocious. One maybe two decent plays the whole time. Half his positive stats came in garbage time. That’s not better. There’s nothing positive to draw from that.

Jaycee Horn post game confrontation with Sean Payton

People are getting twisted about the term running up the score, but what he’s talking about is still running trick plays and trying to run up the score. Their offense wasn’t good enough to actually run up the score and Horn did what he could to prevent it, but the backup defense were having to start now and the jv QB giving them the ball back so quick gave the Broncos every opportunity to keep trying to run up the score. Payton is a mega douche and does things like this specifically to be a mega douche. I appreciate Horn’s leadership and standing up for his team. -
I’m excited about XL and Coker once we get a real QB. They’ve both shown more this year than we’ve seen out of a rookie WR in a while. Maybe DJ, but other than him it’s been a LONG time. KB looked decent his rookie year on paper but Cam was force feeding him to get those stats.
-
He was fuging terrible. He might be the most inaccurate QB in history. I saw a couple good plays from him total before junk time prevent defense. He is a lost cause.
