  1. Joined. Played last year lost out of the championship due to injury and rating players just the way it goes sometimes lotta luck involved im traveling sept 3rd and have a major pay league draft the night of the 4th so I’ll ensure I do auto draft to not hold anyone up
  2. Drafting someone with an injury history in college, and trading up to get said player, not a good way either, when there were very serviceable oline and dline there and a huge position of need
  3. Chubba is one dimensional. Run straight ahead between the tackles RBs IMO, he is a dime a dozen RB in the NFl nothing special about him at the Nfl level and that makes him very replaceable but, he is, as we all know, another one of Rhule’s favorites and draft picks. He isn’t going anywhere …even if he should
  4. A bump of the video for those who might want to see it I came away with a very different impression of him after viewing im rooting for him to succeed now not just because ‘he’s not Sam’
  5. Lol ok And that’s what you took away from that video ? Lol What he and his wife do or don’t. Is really none of my business..don’t care Nfl players aren’t choir boys
  6. Thank you we all know the business of nfl teams build a narrative to suit their purposes I really think this guy just loves to play and lives to compete He is an asshole sometimes, sure, but all alpha qbs are He brings hope and confidence. will he be perfect, no. Will he fight to the end, yes and I’ll tell you, I hope he controls his emotions and beats the living dog poo out of that Cleveland ownership and coaching staff
  7. The biggest underdog in football from kid to the Panthers It is long….but worth the watch …his pro journey starts around 13 min mark Scroll forward to what interests you I knew his left shoulder injury was bad…until this video, I had no I idea how bad. Beckham’s father was way out of line with his actions. It also talks about his middle of the field accuracy to 20 yards vs long ball accuracy which is why that didn’t work with kitchens For all the world, he reminds me of a more athletic Jake Delhomme. here is hoping he is and for good things for him and for the players and fans
  8. Well. At least they know what they have to work on that didn’t get worked in. You know for ‘competition ‘ baker has made chicken salad out if chicken poo Ar least be happy about that
  9. Great to see a legit NFL QB don’t care if it’s seconds at Buffalo the OL is paying for lack of continuity and reps give them time won’t know what the OL is until game 6 Efflein in there doesn’t help
  10. The Panthers’ brain trust drafted a guy who, while in college, had soft tissue injury issues . why are they surprised this continues in the nfl? lot of quality prospects passed over for this guy ‘can’t make the club in the tub’
  11. Three things the rams don’t care about 1. Preseason 2 salary cap, 3. Number 1 draft picks in other words, flying in the face of conventional wisdom in the nfl doesn’t seem to hurt them any
  12. Oh for Christ sake. he is a rookie playing with the 4th string if you want to stay with that narrative, just do it
  13. No way can you judge that now …from exhibition games I know you are a Howell fan but the two teams and philosophies and approaches could not be more different
  14. Brown is slow. You can be big in the Nfl but you can’t be slow laterally He also seems slow to recognize and respond to what is in front of him I had hopes but I suspect he will be cut corral has shown good things and bad things and IMHO he also shows lack of quality reps He does have pocket moxie and that can’t be taught either have it or don’t Too, We all know it’s hard to know what coaches were focusing on this game. what I do know with all certainty is PJ Walker should not be taking a roster spot
  15. Are we now going to act like Rhule, who was very heavily involved in personnel, and coach hiring, didn’t create his own issues? the reason people are so pissed at this clown is that 100% of the issues are self inflicted …because after all, he is the smartest guy in the room. Just ask him …he thought he could get just anyone and ‘coach ‘em up’ in the Nfl 3 years later … here we are My hope is for these players whose careers are so so short and for the fans who pay hard earned money to attend, is that the nfl assistant level coaches are good enough to save the year or at least have this team look like it belongs in the NFL
  16. Yep sean mcvay would be the model to be followed particularly with this long season in a brutal sport he doesn’t take it seriously https://sports.yahoo.com/sean-mc-vay-is-changing-the-preseason-by-sitting-players-and-hes-fine-with-it-161300908.html#origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&cap=swipe,education&webview=1&dialog=1&viewport=natural&visibilityState=prerender&prerenderSize=1&viewerUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Famp%2Fs%2Fsports-yahoo-com.cdn.ampproject.org%2Fc%2Fs%2Fsports.yahoo.com%2Famphtml%2Fsean-mc-vay-is-changing-the-preseason-by-sitting-players-and-hes-fine-with-it-161300908.html
  17. Patriots talking about class is….. rich
  18. I think we are all a little on edge because of him That said, many reasons to be optimistic and less touchy. I’ll try and do better. You are a good poster. Sorry for being snippy
  19. That’s real life right there for you and @CRA my prayers for healing to you both Life breaks us many times I just try and remember that they loved me and would want me to press on with as much joy as possible, carry forward the things I loved most about them in myself, make the most of my times, and maybe, see them again I think that’s why I love the NFL. it means nothing It’s a distraction
  20. efflein was the center That is all you need to know there
