I pull for UNC at times, but yeah, I'll pull for the other team when they play App State or State. The Duke/UNC games are a coin flip though.

Yeah, I don't think they've cared at all. I've seen some scores posted on twitter and such, and it's been bad for weeks.

Just saw this and it makes me glad I haven't watched since Bridges came back. Letting a team put up 47 in the first quarter is terrible.

Nah, I don't have a team. I'm more of a NC school or underdog first guy. Plus, teasing the UNC fanboys never gets old.

On the plus side @beo, the announce team said Clemson hadn't won in Durham since 95. That's a long dominating stretch for your Devils.

I'm more talking the calls and lack of down the stretch. That said, it was a mostly good game despite the refs.

Refs just gave Duke a victory over Clemson.

UNC has shot the ball a bit better for most of the game. But there's been stretches were both teams just acted like they didn't care if they made the shot or not.

He's said he doesn't want to stay and wants to chase a ring. Let him go if the team can get a decent pick or two out of a trade. It's better to get something for him rather than him being a distraction and locker room issue the new coach doesn't need.

UNC had a nice sized lead but FSU started chipping away at it. Then they got sloppy. UNC still up though.

People say football is the ultimate team sport and you're wanting to make a guy put the team on his back and prove he can win by himself to satisfy you. Things don't work that way. People whined like crazy when Newton was here and never had any good receivers or a decent Oline. How did that turn out? I'll tell you, it resulted in just three winning seasons. But, but they made it to the Superbowl! And what were the results there? They lost and gave the fanbase a huge case of blueballs. Young was put into the worse situation of any of the rookie QBs. His Oline was at the least out of scheme, his receivers weren't good and ran bad routes for the most part, and his coaches didn't seem to care or know what they were doing. The cherry on top of that poo pie was that he just wasn't ready to start. Hopefully, he'll be given at least an average Oline, through new players or blocking scheme, and a better offensive scheme in general this coming season, and can prove he can be a quality NFL starting QB. The alternative is a repeat of the season we just watched.

No team ever drafts pure BRA. They always consider their needs. Unfortunately for the fanbase, and despite what a lot of the fanbase thinks, the Panthers need upgrades everywhere and not just another QB. They also have limited draft capital to get these upgrades through the draft. Charlotte has never been a big free agent destination either, and is probably even less of one now, so they've got that working against them too. Young will get this coming season to show if he can develop and be the guy or not. Same goes for Mingo. Odds are that Ickey gets another season at LT. Hopefully the Oline scheme will play more to his(and the other Olinemen's strengths) or they at least give Ickey some help, which he has needed his entire career so far. But back to Young. The team has invested a lot into him and will give him every opportunity to succeed. Hopefully, Canales is a QB whisperer and can get the most out of him. That's the quickest way for the team to find success and start winning. People need to accept that Young gets at least this coming season and get over it. The other two options are to keep hate watching and whining about him or simply not watch. If I gambled, my money would be on the whining and hate watching, especially the whining.

Changing the team name and mascot to the Carolina Flounders. The new culture will be Keep Fishing.

Hopefully, Canales gets to hire his own staff. If Tepper forces him to keep people, it's going to end badly.

As others have said, it's the price Tepper has to pay because of canning Reich so fast. Another thing, is that it Canales does work out, Tepper has him under contract for six years at a cheap rate.

A couple of interesting nuggets here. Brinson and the other guy say that Reich didn't want Brown as his OC and only hired him because Tepper wanted a rockstar/all-star. They also say they think Tepper will do his best to let Morgan and Canales do their own thing this year. Then they go on to say if it doesn't work out, Tepper will start meddling again.
