That was also counting 4.8m for Moton from his previous restructure.
-
I need to see the 2026-2028 numbers, because he was already owed 4.8m in signing bonuses from the rework.
-
Where did you see that at? Cause if that's the case... He's going to have void years and count against the cap til 2030 probably
-
The knee stuff is a bit overblown. He was talking about normal issues you have as a lineman. You carry a ton of extra weight and explode out of stance (counting practices and camps) probably a few thousand times each season. They freaking are shot to hell after a few years and it's just pain management for the rest of your life. We are talking about 120-150 extra lb of pressure on your knees, ankles and feet combined with using and putting explosive force on them constantly and consistently every week. Mine still haven't recovered from highschool and I'm 41. Lmfao

It removes his void years and he's signed through the 2027 season on what's basically a 3 year deal worth 74m with roughly 50m of it guaranteed. This years contract numbers didn't change. His old deal was 5 years with 3 void years running til 2028 to limit the signing bonus hits, so I'm interested to see how the new deal effects those three seasons. He was already counting towards 2026 with a cap hit of 4.8m and 2027 with 1.6m cap hit.

I went to the Atlanta home game in the rain and was miserable the whole day. Being soaked from rain and watching horrible football. lol

Post- Training Camp 53-Man Roster Projection
carpanfan96 replied to Seltzer's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's what they've done though. Tmac, XL and Coker. XL is 6-1/220 Coker is 6-1/215 Tmac is 6-5/220 None of them are quick twitch shifty speedster types. Coker is the closest but AT/ Renfrow and Horn are the slot build guys AT 6-2/200 Renfrow 5-10/185 Horn 5-8/175 Plus Canales likes to go outside and doesn't use the TE much in his offense. Shrugs... It's basically Bryce here's the offense, can you run it. -
Post- Training Camp 53-Man Roster Projection

AT isn't getting cut or traded, they gave him a raise for this season for a reason. He has a cap hit of over 10m and a dead cap of over 8.5m with two void years. He's going to be a starting WR across from Tmac moving into the slot on 3/4 wr sets. -

Only expect 4 ilb to make the team. 6 OLB/edge. Probably only carry 3 te's. They probably carry an extra body on the dline and oline as well. Looks good though. -
I wasn't joking. The Bengals want a high end player plus a high draft pick back. So if no high end player is going back to them they are going to want two or more high draft picks for him. He wants to be a top paid edge so it's going to take 38-41m per to sign him long term. So the price tag to get him would be multiple firsts or first and second and a 38m+ contract.

Watching that game was almost as depressing as helping my mom and watching her die in front of my eyes. "If ya can't laugh you cry" Teams gonna be fine, gonna win 11 games.

Scourton - Collapsed Lung, Week-to-Week
carpanfan96 replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Probably fluid build up from something else going on. I've had one before and it took about 12 weeks to recover. Mine was 40% filled with fluid and more than partially collapsed though -

Wright just lost the kicking competition today and basically cut himself. -
Flames might be the frontrunner for McTavish

They would just force the issue like Eli did, he would stick in the draft and they would pull that stunt again. lol -
I think horn makes it just because they won't want to take the chance on putting him on PS and him getting picked up.
-
I actually think McTavish might happen now... It's gonna cost a lot but the Canes want to win now.. Talking a first round and second round pick plus a few high end prospects like Nadeau and FUS.
-
I'm just telling you what the team is currently looking at. Aho, Jarvis, Staal, KK as the four centers in that order as of right now. Obviously id prefer them to go get McTavish but the asking price is pretty damn high.
-
They still have eyes on the McTavish situation, so that's a possibility. Right now the answer seems to be a lineup featuring Jarvis at 2c.

That's backup money with the current cap. Dline starters make 25m+ and stars make 30m+. Plus his 2025 cap hit is a little over 6m. Also his deal is essentially a 2 year 30m deal with most of the compensation being his SB and second year of salary. 1.5m bonus split three ways each year for hitting the following milestones, making the pro bowl, 7 sacks, and 10 sacks respectfully. -
Madden rankings for whole team have been released
carpanfan96 replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Why are they listed as defensive ends... Lol -
The last three years has a full NMC and he's got deferred money in the first 4 years totalling 14.5m and 6.8m in years 7&8. 21.3m is due as a deferred signing bonus in 2034 when he's 30 and a ufa. So he's almost assuredly going to be here for the full 8 years no matter his performance. So he got himself 8 years of stability and a nice payday coming in 9 years.
