I simmed 100 times with 32 landing inside the top 4. 8 times at one, and a handful at 2 & 3, with the majority coming in at 4th.

I shall keep the faith and continue with Svechnikov like always.

We even have more size on the first two lines because of how Rod is playing them right now. Svechnikov is on line 1 with Aho and Blake Hall and KK on line 2 with Tankoven The MSJ line Forth line with Robinson, Jankowski and Carrier. They've got size on all 4 lines and it showed last night for sure.

I think he was in his headspace and game 82 with the A meant something and snapped him out of it. He wants to win so bad that he sometimes tries to do too much.

He's quickly becoming my second favorite player behind Svechnikov. Also for the love of God give the man "Svechnikov" the other A next season, he deserves it and it means something to him.

Svechnikov is healthy Then you have the new additions Carrier, Jankowski, Hall, Robinson, All new to this year's team and bigger players.

This team has a few things going for it. The smaller skill guys have much more size around them compared to previous playoffs. Also healthy for the first time since Brindamour became coach. Also hopefully Jankowski isn't hurt.

Svechnikov is hitting the net, doesn't matter if no one is shooting the puck because they are waiting for a one timer in a clean lane from the point.

They haven't had success against Thompson, so instead of burying the puck and going to the net... They pass it around the parameter looking for the perfect one timer opportunity

Svechnikov been the best player and the canes are dominanting the caps. Let's finish it out and get the W.

I've never seen a game dominated this clearly in offensive puck possession, like the canes are just absolutely laying into the caps and minus one rush, they haven't done much of anything 5v5.

Nah 5 posts hit so far in this game. Canes have dominated this game by a large margin, just bad puck luck.

We've hit the post 5 times and the game isn't over. The team has beaten Thompson regularly but hitting iron instead of net.

Canes have dominated 38 out of 40 minutes so far and are of course down 1.

He has to continue being the teams best or second best player for the team to have a shot at any sort of run. He was the engine behind that dominant first round even if not all of it shows on the score sheet.

Before that PP for Washington, the Canes were dominating this game at 5v5. Just absolutely crushing them.
