  1. This looks like it was a great draft for the Hornets. Got a center, got a scoring guard, a glue guard and a high upside longshot wing as well.
  2. Bryce doesn't like throwing into the middle of the field unless the play broke down or it's set up to give him a passing lane. So because of this issue, most of the passing offense has to be outside the numbers towards the boundary. So you see him throw a lot of dump offs, swing routes, short side out routes, comebacks or deep balls outside the numbers using the boundary as protection of an interception. Pretty easy for a NFL defense to see this and scheme against it. All you have to do is run a shell cover 2 deep dime, LB plays a hook underneath, take the flat away with a blitz/flat zone option for the two inside DB's, outside two DB's play hook zone underneath and carry anything deep. Pretty much what NO ran to take away Rico while also limiting What Bryce can do as well.
  3. Yea it does, I hope he heals and can come back. That said if you cut your hand deep enough to sever/ completely tear your extensor tendons, I'm going to think there's some major nerve damage as well on top of the difficulty of relearning to use your hand.
  4. Also think he just fits better on the second line with Blake and Stankoven as well.
  5. Good luck to everyone and their pick in this competition. Svechnikov has gone on a tear since I stopped naming him... So I shall not be voting going forward.
  6. Depending on how his hand heals and if he gets full movement back, his NHL career might be over.
  7. Canes got a PP chance here with all the momentum
  8. Rico runs all over the Saints Panthers 34 Saints 17
  9. That was a pretty tick tack toe, too bad Aho couldn't bury it.
  10. Kochetkov is getting peppered this period
  11. KK with beautiful pass to Robinson for a breakaway
  12. Svechnikov getting going is good for the team. 6 pts in his last 6 games. Also allows the best first line combination that the Canes have. Allows Jarvis and Aho to play more naturally and Svechnikov can play physical along the boards and for puck retrieval. Should increase Jarvis and Aho 's scoring once the line gets fully going. Ehlers works on the second line with his speed and ability to enter the zone with the puck which should help Blake and Stankoven score more.
  13. I think Rod finally has the lines making sense with Svechnikov on the first line with Jarvis and Aho. Still think Stankoven shouldn't be the second center and team needs help there for a good playoff push but lines definitely looking a lot better now than before.
  14. No review on the hit of Chatfield.
