    Canales was directly asked about this after the ref spoke and said that the team never got the option and it was never relayed to him or the coaching staff at all and because the play clock reset, he didn't have time to run them down and ask about it. Also week 18 doesn't have any effect on refs and their playoff scheduling.

    Migraine so wasn't posting but definitely watched. Bussi saved them in the third on numerous occasions and Hall drove the game being directly or indirectly responsible for all three goals.

    Reason I say that, is I think they (Tulsky) would want to rebuild the team the way he wants and hire a young coach to play a system that fits his types of players.

    If Svechnikov didn't have one of the worst starts I've seen for a player his caliber, he'd have around 38-40pts and 17-18 goals already.

    Necas wasn't signing long term here, the canes definitely weren't going to offer 11.5m to him. Guentzel was led to Tampa by his agent and I said as much before it actually happened. Mikko got talked to and agreed to the trade months before it happened.

    Hard rumor that the Hurricane's front office talked to Mikko's agent and he agreed to come so the team kept working on the trade which took 9 weeks to get done. This was before the season had even started.
