I'm still waiting on something specific from you. Something more than "he played meh". The only thing I ever get from you is cursing a lot and calling me an idiot. I used to resort to personal insults and cursing as well but then I grew up.
-
Yeah, I'm with you on the BY talking. Guess I had a relapse lol. I'm done with it now though.

Shough made similar passes yesterday (behind the receiver) and they were all caught even when contested (to be honest though, at least one of them was luck) I will agree though, I wish it had been just a little more in front of him. But I also wish they would have kicked a FG instead of going for the 4th down. I also wish there wasn't an illegal formation call on the 50 yard KO return. I wish the defense hadn't commited 81 yards worht of penalties giving them 6 first downs in the process. I wish Ickey hadn't had a bad day, I wish Evero didn't continue to call blitzes leaving the middle of the field open for receptions. The point there are so many things to talk about concerning blame and yet Bryce continues to be brought up.

Perfect. You've watched the all 22 for the game. Now answer my question about why Bryce gets trashed after the loss. What specifically did he do or not do that caused the the Panthers to lose yesterday.
-
I asked a question and that's how he chose to reply. Seems like a simple way to comprehend something.
-
Your very post implys the loss is on him.
-
Well CRA just posted "It’s simple. We all saw with our own eyes." in response to my OP. That was easy.
-
Not trying to boost him with any "mythical narratives". It's's a simple question based upon stats and facts. Nothing mythical about it.
-
There are plenty of post trashing Bryce put up since yesterday. I'm sure you have seen them

I'll ask you like I asked mrcompletely11, what was it about this game that makes you believe the loss was his fault. I keep asking but no one has given me a specific reason yet. Just a simple question.
-
I simply asked about this one game. What was it about this game that makes you believe the loss was his fault.

Just curious some posters think the loss falls on him. He had a 96 Qb rating and PFF has him rated with the second highest offensive grade just behind Coker. Production wise, the offense had 14 first downs. Dowdle had 16 carries getting a single first down. His long run was 8 yards. If you take out that one run, he averaged 2.6 yds/carry over the remaining 15. Hubbard got 3 first downs with 8 carries. Bryce had 10 first downs either through the air or with his legs. yet he gets the blame for the loss. Even with a 96 QB rating, being rated with the second best pff score and him accounting for over 70% of all the first downs, I keep seeing people argue he was the reason they lost. Curious.

Yes, They even had a 50 yard kickoff return called back because of illegal formation. The defense stands out because of the total numbers but it was everyone and always at the absolute worse time

If you can only fire ONE person before 2026....

lol...can't disagree with that rather elegant discription. -
We had 8 and the Saints had 8. But yeah, the defense couldn't stop them after the first quarter even with having them at 3rd and long multiple times ( they punted twice in the first quarter and never had to punt again).
-
Unpopular opinion - DC might be a bigger problem than Bryce

When you blitz and leave the middle of the field completly wide open every time, it will fail every time. Don't know why he continued to call that blitz when it continously never worked. -

Yes and yes but the Saints punted twice in the 1st quarter and then never had to punt again and they gave up 10 points in the fourth quarter. That with Canales calling a terrible game cost them. -
And while they were flag happy, it only resulted in one 1st down for the Panthers.
-
I agree. That flag on Ekwonu when all he did was push Jordan was a joke.
-
I'm just illustrating how bad the penalties were against the Saints compared to the last two wins. Not cherry picking
-
D Brown had a roughing penalty 15 yards Horn had defensive holding giving them a first down There was a sack negated because of hands to the face or defensive holding - I can't remeber. Ransom has a personal foul moving the game winning TD from a 62 yard attempt to a 46 yard attempt. Juat way too many penalties at terrible times.
-
Not sure what you are trying to say. Against the Rams, the defense had 1 penalty for 5 yards resulting in 1 first down all game. Against the Falcons, the defenseive penalties came to 24 yards and 2 first downs.
-
The Panthers' defensive penalties accounted for 78 yards and 6 1st downs of the Saints total offense Sunday. For comparisons, the Saints rushed for 81 yards picking up 6 1st downs. So the defensive penalities contributed to the Saints offense as much as their own rushing game. You can't win games like that.
