On his worst throws, he was in a clean pocket with no one in front of him. He just overthrows the receiver. That is lack of accuracy, nothing else. You can say he was broken if you want to. But he has never shown anything in the NFL to show that he could ever have made it. I hope it changes, but its just a truth that some look good in college when on dominant teams, but in the NFL, when the talent level is much closer, they just can't cut it.

We are down 37-3 and the Saints are sitting on the Run. That is the biggest indicator of how bad the Passing game actually is.

The oline is not the problem today. In fact, they have mostly played well.

Bryce's issues today are not height. They are not arm strength. They are not oline or the wide receivers. With the exception of the two blitzes, he has had decent time, and the receivers are open for the most part. He just isn't very accurate. Especially when throwing on the move. I guess at Alabama, no one noticed because they had so much more talent than the other team.

That is why I never like hiring College Coaches, unless they have significant previous NFL experience, like Pete Carroll. Last college coach to have real success in the NFL without previous NFL experience was Jimmy Johnson in the 90's.

IMO, no maybe about it. He can coach 20 year olds, but not grown men.

I would love to see Alabama lose to South Florida. Probably won't happen, but it would be great.

I didn't realize that Syracuse's qb played for Ohio State last year. He looked very good today, Syracuse could have a pretty good team this year.

Just realized I had a typo. It was supposed to be 2 db's and 5 cb's.

I was curious, so I looked it up. In the past 10 years, two db's and cornerbacks drafted. Not sure if that is a high number, or just average for a top 25 program.

Syracuse qb might rack up 400 yards today against GT.

I will enjoy either way, but I will enjoy it more if we win. Both teams are a little hard to judge for now, but Wake does have a veteran qb and a good group of offensive skill players, so we have a shot.

Might check it out if this continues. I talked to my wife, and she said, lets just go to the Wake Virginia game. Tickets and parking are $45 total. Might just do that.

The local channels still work, but I can't sign up for the hulu free trial, as I already did. Might check out youtube. I am tempted to cancel all these streaming services, directv etc, and just listen to the games on the radio. I could probably retire early if I did.

Just an fyi, anyone that has direct tv or uverse won't be able to watch those games. Att and Disney are fighting.

Well, it worked to an extent. They relied on the rusher being slowed down enough for Lamar to get off the pass, but Lamar missed an open receiver on one throw. He hit the receiver on the second throw, but missed a td by an inch.
