It isn't as cut and dry as that to me his expected goals allowed tonight was 1.03 he faced a lot of soft shots and gave up two.... If he had been peppered with high danger all night it would have been a good night but that's not the case he didn't even have to face a shot until 18 minutes into the game and proceeded to give up a goal on the third shot. All of their shots were incredibly low danger those were TWO SUPER SOFT GOALS

For once everything your saying is accurate and not extreme hyperbole.... The guy is a top 5 forward in the game... they better not play around dump the brinks trunk for him.

And people used to get mad at me for pointing out he's not anywhere close to an elite goalie. I pray Anderson stays healthy for the playoffs because I really don't want to see him in net come crunch time.

That's only gonna get better with more chemistry.. That combined with Freddie having had a game to shake the rust off and Stopping 3.6 goals OVER expected.. A healthy Freddie is our best and most consistent goalie. And good news is it doesn't look like we have to worry about running into the Rags in he playoffs!
