I think that we need to clean house this offseason...we have tons of talent and jon fox is not the coach for this team....they say he is a smash mouth coach, but our defense is any thing but smash mouth, we are soft....

but i think we need to start at QB, get rid of jake. He is terrible, steve smith is the only reason he has looked even remotely decent...

We need to go out and draft Josh Freeman with our first pick and let him manage the game like flacco is doing for the ravens right now. We can run the ball good enough for josh to just manage the game for the first part of the season.

what are some of yalls thoughts on how this offseason should go?

      As a Panthers fan I know what incompetence and doubling down on mistakes looks like. The Bills are fools for not just going ahead and cleaning house. Already seen that scenario play out with Fitterer. And it will end the same way for them.

      He has gunslinger tendencies but I am telling you, I don't see a high caliber NFL arm. It's very, very average or below.
