so, relatively compared to iphone, they just started releasing the droids and by your statement the incredible is the one that caught up to the 3G. seems like that didn't take very long. X, Samsung's series, and the droid 2 are all post incredible, and better in some ways.

and maybe X isn't as slick as iPhone 4, but the network sure makes it seem so. Is AT&T 4g yet?

Apple is passed the iphone 3 and onto the 4 now. Incredible is comparable to the 3. Im not sure what you're trying to say. Incredible came out around the same time as the 4 so that would mean the incredible is behind right? Im lost now. Att doesn't get 4g till middle of next year. For the record i dont have an iphone and im on Verizon. I've had Att before and didn't like it and i won't be going back. If the Iphone doesn't come by Xmas i will have a Droid X. I just think the Iphone is made better and works better than the Droid X or any other ones.

i know their on to the 4 now, but am I wrong in thinking it just a little more polished 3gs? new OS and case and front camera? it isn't 4g.

sounds like you are just like biscuit and I. we got tired of waiting for the iPhone, and now don't really see why we were waiting on it.

biscuit is right. when i say waited so much, i mean they were rumored to be releasing it several times, and then just kept pushing it back.

A local VZW manager told me the rumors were always started by ATT themselves. Kept people thinking, "Ill hang on to my pooty service ATT iPhone for now..VZWs is coming out in a few months, i can hang on till it does." So in effect, it kept ATTs unsatisfied with service, iPhone customers hanging on instead of say, fug it, iPhone is never coming to VZW, so i might as well switch now, get a Droid with superior phone service.

Took me a little while to figure it out, but it does make sense.

I will actually get the iPhone when it comes to Verizon. I have a Droid right now and I hate it. The operating system is so buggy. It freezes, takes forever to load, and has a battery life of about 13 seconds. I wish it would die.

wow, 1st time ive heard that. Everyone loves their droids.

I had a Droid Eris first, that one was the worst. Then I got the Droid 2. It's better, but still has problems loading screens. Sometimes I have to press send or end to receive or end calls like 10 times before it works. I know of at least 5 of my friends with these same problems.
