KT, maybe there's more whites visible because Mecklenburg County is 64% white and just 28% black? And outside of Mayor Foxx and Anthony Hamilton, I'm struggling to think of many prominent/powerful people of color in the community who aren't of athletic prowess. That's a major problem that Charlotte needs to address, but that has nothing to do with this.

If you want a minority in there, Felix Sabates is in that category. But last I checked, the team doesn't have to do anything unless three black people (Fred Whitfield, Rod Higgins, Michael Jordan) want to. So if the team name changes, I think you've got a clear indication there of what's going on.

You using this as a racial issue is an excuse for you to be ignorant and bigoted on your own, and "get back at the white man" for whatever the hell your personal demons are. I can't help that, and I don't know why you're such an ignorant person, but I'd like to introduce you to the 21st century, and a generation of people who don't give a fug about race, except for humor. Grow up, get with the times and stop pretending you're being persecuted when you're not, because it's offensive to your ancestors and maybe even your parents, who actually were victims of racism.
