One of the best shows I have ever seen! Not this one but on the farewell with Peter and Ace.

I saw KISS for the first time in the 70's.
Think about it.
Same here. 1979. My mom took me..lol.
Infamous show. 1st song, someone in the crowd, threw something at the stage, hit Peter Cris in the head. It was obvious something was wrong, he kind of slumped. Finished he song, but they went off stage for about 15 minutes. They did finish the show. Said they'd never come back to Jackson, MS.
They did for that Reunion/Farewell Tour.
Ted Nugent proceeded to blow them off the stage.

Kind of the same thing happened in one of the shows I saw back when. Peter was doing "Beth" on his stool, fell off and started laughing got up and finished the song.

I laugh when they play Beth too.

The Charlotte crowd booed when they played Beth.
Why? Seems a pretty silly thing to do.

At the time, they were suppose to be known as a "Heavy Metal Band", and everyone thought Beth was more of a Hall & Oats love song.
But it was a number one song, and kind of started the power ballad tradition. Not my favorite, but I wouldn't boo them for playing it. Might take that time to hit the bathroom though.
