Made some today. DAMN!!!!!!

Had to cut the bacon in half, cuz my deep fryer is small.

Used thick sliced peppered bacon and some generic chicken breader mix.

I have one of these. Fairly cheap, and it does an excellent job. I tried the Fry Daddy, it wasn't as good.

deep fryer? why not just use a deep skillet or a wok? cheaper, more versatile.

Take a pound of bacon, slice in half (it curls up when you cook it). Mix an egg with about a cup of water in a shallow, wide bowl. Doing one piece at a time, dip the bacon in the egg bath and then the breader(I put the breader in a tupperware sandwich holder thingy, so I could bread 4 at a time). Coat both sides and drop into fryer for a couple of minutes.

Deep fryer has a strainer basket and a lid.

The best deep fryer, it filters the oil for you and tells you when to change your oil.
