yeah he does. but it looks like there might be some more wrinkles to it this year. besides they all know we are going to run the ball.

wonder how pissed hoover is that he got cut. do you think that could make him want to sign with one of them?

More than that, they're all teams that use a fullback. I would put TB at the top, followed by Atl and then NO, but he could fit on any of those rosters.

Hoover is old and injury prone and stated he wanted to play for only one more year. He was a solid FB...in front of dwill and stewy of course. Unless he goes for free, I really don't see many if any teams trying to jump on him.

brad hoover is a panther legend,and even last season he had his moments.to be honest i dont trust fiammetta yet, and i think or hope they use tyrell sutton at the fb spot some like they did last season. i hope they use him more in the offense period

I could make a defensive gameplan to play the Panthers. I dont think they need help.

Not saying its easy, but its not X's and O's needed to stop our offense.

As much as Hoover loves the Panthers organization, these guys have pride. I bet he'd love to play in one of those places for one or two years and have a couple of good games against the Panthers to show them that they let him go too early. It's the oldest story in sports.

And I still think he could tell teams something about our special teams, new coach or no. He knows every teammate's weakness on that unit. For instance, "we were always using this protection because Player X kept forgetting his assignment", stuff like that.

But, considering so many players are gone and so many new ones are here, I don't think he can offer all that much. Plus, with the possible shake-up of the offense (Moore or Clausen being dominant) he wouldn't be valuable with information on that front. Also, the defense HAS been shaken, with new safeties (sort of) and a uhh.... different... D-line. I'm not sure Hoover could provide much insight into the 2010 Panthers.
