Shows that Jake was generally average, sometimes exceptional, and when bad bottom of the barrel bad.

I don't think jake would stick with something that didn't work for him.
I hope the best for him with the browns, but it is jake's responsibility for how he performed.

This all very clearly started with the 2008 playoff game, long before Rip got here. Jake's confidence was shaken to the core and Bill Walsh couldn't have fixed that.
