As much as I hate to see Peppers go - one man is not greater than his team. I don't care how good he is; I'd rather have a happy team who are all on the same page. Superbowl doesn't count. You need to buy into it BEFORE you get there. The Panthers have some young leadership that could turn into a future juggernaught. I'd rather have a juggernaught in a few years than a contender today.

It's worth the risk.

Ummm...Herm Edwards as soon as KC cans his ass. With all these firings tho I wouldn't be surprised if the Richardsons are sick of firing coordinators and assistants and just want to do away with the whole staff. If that is the case I would not be that upset. Fox pretty much put together that whole coaching staff, he promoted Turdo, he threw Henning under the bus (and we all saw what Henning did with Miami in one year), and now there are reports that he holds Davidson back from what he can call??? The ship is sinking fellas and the Richardsons better save it before our most gifted player gets away with little compensation in return. Or how about we trade him, he blows up and then Fox is exposed as someone who under-develops talent.

Seriously? I'm not saying Henning didn't come through, but what I am saying is, see how defenses pick up the wild cat next year...

And why is everyone talking about Fox trying to make Peppers happy by changing personnel? Pep is gone... Regardless of changes.. These changes are coming because they need done. Pep, has nothing to do with it.

Be cool if we could get Dick Lebeau. Won't happen but maybe one of his assistants.

Doesn't it say something about our organization that we are going to throw everything out to make one guy happy? How pathetic is that? It's bad enough that we don't bench guys after poor performances and now we're ready to burn down the barn when somebody doesn't like the color we painted it?

That's only Florio's take on it. It ain't necessarily so.

There's plenty of reason to fire Trgovac regardless of what happens with Peppers.

Another dumb article by Florio.
Trgo's contract is not expired.

From Darin Gantt...

The reality is, every coach on the staff not named Fox had a contract which expired after the season, and they're scrambling to line up next year's staff before they leave Mobile this week.
