Anyone seen "Goon"?

Actually a really decent sports movie....Ice Hockey Goons are now respected. Good..even with Stiffler acting in it.

I heard someone suggest Seann William Scott would make a better 'Deadpool' than Ryan Reynolds.  I don't know if I buy 'DeadStiffler'.

My 16 year old future stepdaughter has hijacked my Netflix.  The content viewed has changed (considerably).

Whatever you do, do NOT watch the Bronies documentary! I watched it with my girlfriend thinking, hey let's watch some nerds and weirdos who get turned on by cartoons for a laugh. What we got was a 2 hour advertisement for My Little Pony, complete with animations and musical numbers by the MLP staff. Not even one mention of sexual perversion. And they do exist. Just look at Reddit if you have any doubts! But no, this autistic kid learned to communicate with others, this kid was accepted by his father, etc. All thanks to MLP!

And you know what's happening now? While I wish I was watching House of Cards, I'm on the exercise bike while my girlfriend watches My Little Pony in the living room. Fug that documentary.

The new Aziz Ansari stand up is hilarious.

Ugh.

But on the plus side, just in time to coincide with me finishing House of Cards, the final season of Breaking Bad just hit Netflix. For Netflix is a kind and a generous streaming service. Lo, when I was lost and had nothing to watch, the Netflix saw fit to give unto me another show I love!

Jesus Camp is back on Netflix streaming. I love to hate this documentary. It's really well made and it hits on important issues regarding religious indoctrination and the Christian Right's influence in America.

If you haven't watched it, you need to.

Dude....there are so many channels on the Roku for this. Saturday night, an adult beverage, and a plethora of cheezy horror/expoitation/grindhouse movies to watch.

If you like B movie schlock check it out on youtube.. it is called "Dark Place" basically making fun of 80's shows like Manamial, Airwolf with it style and pacing. Gus Meremghie's Dark Place might be the full title.

Intentionally bad..supposed to be a pseudo- documentary on BBC about the cultural impact of this Important show..that BBC refused to broadcast when it was made..

I'm just gonna throw this out there:

Mirror Mirror

Hate if you will, but it's a light-hearted movie that's just fun and entertaining to watch, and is more clever than it should be by all indication. Plus Armie Hammer is just eye-candy. Rrrow!
