Trailer came out last month, but here it is in case you haven't seen it yet.

Gonna be a hell of a ending to have a tech that can take out those fugers.

Trailer doesn't really tell me anything, but it's fancy lookin' atleast.

I hope that the majority of the game centers around the reaper invasion and the final battle and that it isn't just another series of "Go to planet A and find person B" missions with your collective decisions only coming into play in the same 2 hour gameplay "final battle" climax ME1 and 2 had.

That being said, I can't wait. My character is pure soldier and all of my weapons are OP as hell. Tech and Adept are fun, but guns don't take as long to recharge.

my hunch is that a lot of the game will involve recruiting like ME2 did. not really recruiting squad members, but races and sects. like you'll go to Wrex to recruit the united Krogan, and you'll go to Aria to recruit her Omega empire, etc.

Nailed it. Hopefully we at least get some interesting side missions.

ME1 had brutal pacing, with hours of driving sequences in the MAKO sandwiched between length bouts of rambling dialogue.

ME2 did away with those and gave us an ARPG. Much better gameplay and story, but of course, the die hard fans complained.

As long as ME3 doesn't fall back into bad habits, it should be great.

Also, I agree that Bethesda's RPGs have been more enjoyable the last several years.

They need to make sure the story, especially how it's told, is as good as it was in ME1. ME2 didn't have nearly as many 'oh poo' moments as the original.

The conversation with Sovereign in ME1 was one of my favorite moments in gaming.

It's gonna be like Dragon Age. we're gonna recruit all the races. Hopefully the geth too, if you reprogrammed them.
