Well now reality is gonna set in. All that preseason hype about him being able to cover Jimmy Graham is going to be put to bed next week. Noone in this league has come close to covering him with saftey help, and just because we draft a LBer, he has the skills to do it. Nope. It is going to hurt being right about this, but at least my fantasy teams wont suffer.

How could you draw that conclusion after today's game is beyond me.

At this point we would probably do better covering Megatron than JG. Graham is just too good.

Not his best game by any means, but yeah, he wasn't asked to cover the TE today so I don't see how you can say that after this game.

Pretty sure one of the Shorter LBs covered Graham pretty well today.

I agree. I was on the don't draft Luke Band wagon and got stoned because he was a great player and a safe pick. The fact is he is a good defender against the run,but he didn't help us do the number one thing we needed to address this offseason. Rush the passer. He brings nothing to that area and after seeing get beat by blitzcrieg or whoever the bucs were man handling him with all game not sure he is that great against the run. He blew alot of arm tackles and was beaten in the passing game by Martin and on a few crossing routes.Never liked the pick still don't.

His job title today was to blow up the iso block, pretty much it.

I was disappointed in Keuchly as well, but I'm not putting all the blame on him. Given the total amount of defensive plays, he was probably on the field for only 50% of the time if that. I was looking for his number all game, and couldn't find it half the time. If they are going to take someone out, take Anderson out. (In fact, if TD is fully healthy, I would put him in the starting line-up with Beason and Keuchly)

LOL, ALL Lbers are short compared to Graham, and if you think he covered Graham, your definition of "covered" is different from 95% of the world.

He got outjumped by short Doug Martin. 6'7'' big frame Jimmy Graham should be a piece of cake to Clark Kent.

If you want to know who failed, look no further than Anderson. Someone with a Tivo go back and look at all the times where a Buc player ran right by Anderson and Anderson was just watching the play, not making any effort. I didn't get it, its like he still thought it was preseason.

Kuechly was average, but what do you expect when our D-Line gets so little pressure on Freeman and there are automatic holes every running play.
