The Charlotte Observer pokes fun at Cam Newton?

If he leaves for a bigger market because of a Hello Kitty cartoon he's going to get his soul crushed when he get there.

Not bc of that.... It would be a big picture thing. That would be one of many small straws on the camels back.

Sort of why Pep left. Willingness to write a big check won't work for some things.

Carolina needs to give him a legit team and not put the world on his shoulders (on and off the field).....otherwise, why stay in the small town sport city? At least at Auburn Cam had a homefield advantage working with him when on a solo game.

He's from Brooklyn, SC, dude aint no real NYer.

He used to go by Uptown Bully but changed it when he moved to NYC. Ever since then his favorite past time is expressing his hatred for the south.

Yawn. If only I was so lame to go to my team's message board to try to get people to stop talking so positively about our QB. Because it hurts my feelings. It makes me feel ugly. STOP TALKING ABOUT CAM! Get some confidence dude.

I can already see you joining in with Falcons trolls next week if we lose. "Hey his joke was funny. He's right Cam deserves it!"

Let the wimpy stuff go guys.

cam isnt buying ads so he is where the blame will ho. If they blame mh or jr then the ads could go away.

Cam is a "safe" target for an organization like the Observer. Making a satirical cartoon about him is a lot easier to get past an editor than one of Jerry Richardson.

Ah, slanted journalism.....and people wonder why newspapers are dying

Huh?

Cam deserves anything a cartoonist wants to draw, as it's simply an opinion. At least I don't fear being critical of someone when they play bad because I think it'll make me less of a fan. I'm probably the most realistic poster on this board. 0% homer, yet been to over 60 games and will always be a Panthers fan even though I live in NYC now.

And at least I don't try to find racism in places that it's not, and let it get to me like it does to you. But I don't argue with you on that topic, others on here do. I don't see the point in doing that bc no one can change your opinions on the subject.

Maybe YOU should be the one to leave the South.

Because of the non-slanted journalism now found for free on the internet?
