I didn't know that she gave birth to a toddler. I'm sure back in the day Kenyan's had access to personal camcorders when they could even afford to pay for running water. I also love how the Doctor delivered the baby while the baby was under the sheets like he was guessing as to what he was doing.

I like how you see the August 1961 calendar pinned to the wall, with a large black circle on the (4th?) and then a few seconds later that same calendar is on the bed without the circle.
