Do any of you feel negative pressure when using your vacation days. MPF hit on something that I bet a lot of folks feel, like you may not have a job when you come back if you use the days that are alotted to you.
do you guys get paid for holidays?

Sucks getting hired right before the holiday season. Luckily, I will get some time off at Xmas.

not really, I avg around 70 to 80 hours per week if you factor in travel.......that's why I don't have any kind of feeling about using my vacation days......
yeesh. i do 50 a week... and that's more than enough... I'm freelance though so I'm only paid when I'm working... or on the huddle.

I take time whenever I need it, but I also work whenever I need to as well, but I'm the boss so it doesn't really count... I don't apply any pressure to my guys, but I expect them to help me out when work is heavy...

Will you walk us through the thought process that led to changing your username to "Boner Champ"?
I'm 30 years old and the word "boner" still makes me chuckle.
Haha, well, I have been wanting to change my name for a while now. For a coup,e of weeks I tinkered with a few different names and finally settled on Boner Champ.
"Boner Champ" appeared on the Office a few weeks ago. It was Andy Benards nickname but Stephen Colbert stole it....
