Mike Goodson I believe is a Free Agent and he was pretty good. Would you be against bring him back to be J. Stewarts back and change of pace back?

I think it would be a good idea. I liked Mike Goodson and was disappointed we let him go.

LMFAO...yea, lets bring back Everett Brown and Otah too while we're at it...the dude was a major bone job and when we drafted him everybody was like, ooowww, yea baby. he stinks.

Goodson played well???? What did he do against us??? 4 carries for 12 yards??
In his 4 year career he has a total of 160 carries for 720 yards. 4.3 yards per carry with 1 TD and 7 fumbles. Seriously, more fumbles lost (4) than touchdowns.

I would rather bring in a draft pick with potential than a guy who has proven he has little to offer.

Stewart and Tolbert are fine. Plus we have Armond Smith that can come in and I think Tauren Poole. Of course we'll bring in a few guys to camp also

Nothing about bringing back Goodson seems like a good idea to me.

Armond Smith does work in Madden when I put him in the 4th quarter.

That's a NO to Mike Goodson for the same reason we let him go, he fumbles too much.

I hope that we grab Marcus Lattimore after the draft and let him heal slow. In a few years, he will be a work horse to pair with Cam when J-Stew gets completely over the hill at 29 since that is the age when a back is put out to pasture nowadays. Run J-Stew and Tolbert the next few years. Smith and Poole are Goodson 2.0. We would not even care about their minimal preseason production if they were on another team.

Goodson ain't coming back.

My guess is that we will stick with Stewart and Tolbert, and if the front office feels we need a rb, they might spend a draft pick or sign a backup.

Goodson looked like a legit RB when he first got here.. our first 100 yard rusher in 2010 (8+ games into the season?) .. looked like a playmaker in his early days.. fumbles killed him, and maybe he lost confidence or didn't work hard.. either way, he ain't comin back.

This coming from the guy that adopted Jonanthan Stewart. I would still rather have his injury prone potential than hope bums like Smith or Poole were going to be anything more than serviceable back-ups. Frank Gore had more injuries than him coming out of college.
