Alex Len "I'd Love To Play With Kemba Walker"

54 posts in this topic

Of course he would! So would anyone who shouldn't even be a lottery pick.

You're an idiot lol

If he's not supposed to be a lottery pick then why is Cleveland considering taking him with the first pick?

1) It was an exaggeration. I know he's a lottery pick but I wouldn't take him above 7.

2) Chill out with the personal attacks.

3) How do you know Cleveland is considering him with the first pick? It's called a rumor for a reason. For all you know, Cleveland could be using that as a smokescreen or Len's guys could have started it to increase his draft stock.

How do you know that Cleveland isn't considering him? Do you see how poor that argument is, it goes both ways.

And every rumor tends to have a little truth to it.

There are no good options at #4 this year.  But we are going to be stuck with one of these guys whether they are worthy of the pick or not.  So looking at who has the fewest warts and is the best fit for our needs, I would say Len may be the guy.

I really like the potential of McLemore, but typically you are either born with that killer instinct or your not...and McLemore was definitely born without it.  But I would dearly love his jump shot, I just wish it came in a more aggressive package.

Noel really worries me because he is so frail and I don't think he has the frame to add significant bulk.  And a by-product of this is that I don't know if he will ever have to strength to be dominant on the inside.  Additionally, his injury history really scares me.  Is he going to be another of those high-potential big guys whose career gets derailed because they can't stay healthy?  Basically, he has too many concerns for someone so raw limited in his skill set.

Bennett's injury history also scares the heck out of me.  He has such a long history of being injured and missing games that I wonder if he'll ever be able to hold up for an entire NBA season.  Also, his total and complete indifference to contributing anything on the defensive end makes me feel that he would actually be a liability on a championship contender...and since that is the ultimate goal we are supposedly trying to build for, I don't think we should bring in anyone that won't help us achieve that goal.

Olidipo is redundant to MKG, imo.  Neither are particularly good outside shooters, nor are they expected to ever become anything special in that area.  But both are exceptional on defense and very good at driving to the basket.  While taking him would make our defense quite formidable, our offense would be pretty much non-existent.

That leaves Len, who has some injury risk as well; however, most expect him to fully recover and he also doesn't have a history of injury problems like Noel and Bennett.  Len is also the most complete player we could get at #4.  He may not be exceptional in any area, but he is solid on both ends of the floor and can have an impact even after we have built a contending team...even if its as a role player.

Same body type different intentions. Nobody has been calling Len "soft" like they were Mullins. I'd love to have those two guys on the roster together. Mullens is a good player who I wouldn't trade at the moment because of his upside. Len seems much more aggressive, more bravado.

It's a poor argument to not blindly believe a rumor spread by a guy that works for a COMPLETELY different franchise than the one who owns the top pick? I don't understand the logic behind that but whatever floats your boat I suppose.

So there's that.

You're on your game. Anybody who has a different opinion than you is an idiot and no one cares what they think. Talk about sound logic...

I don't think he's another Mullens necessarily, but the guy got shut down by CJ Leslie, a guy who weighs 200 pounds soaking wet.

When multiple people are reporting a rumor, it tends to have a little truth to it.

And Len wasn't guarded by Leslie, he was guarded by Howell.

    • I don't even know what the hell ARSEN is rambling on about at this point. First he's trying to have a pissing match about all pro like that makes it okay he posts ignorant poo, and then he's claiming I've asked he be banned, lol I haven't btw. If holding you accountable for your horrendously ignorant remarks hurts your feelings that bad, you better be glad this is just the huddle and not a social media outlet your employer might read. Post this poo about women being raped or black grandmothers being pussies for being afraid of racists threatening them somewhere else and you might be looking for another job. In the real world, your ignorant opinions will harm you sooner or later, and no amount of language barrier excuses will save you.
