#3313812 Prospect Meetings By Position. 2015 Edition.

Posted by Ken on 06 April 2015 - 05:28 PM

This might be asking too much but....

Could you update the list with the Round they are projected to be taken in?

Sounds like a good idea. I have some some free time in the next couple of days, will take time to do it.

#3313636 Jaelen Strong breakdown by Stephen White

Posted by Ken on 06 April 2015 - 02:39 PM

I don't dislike Strong but don't really like him as a compliment next to KB.

#3309347 Phillip Dorsett to meet with Panthers

Posted by Ken on 01 April 2015 - 09:16 PM

Really, really like Dorsett but don't see him as a 1st for us. If he is somehow there in the 2nd, can't imagine anyone else being the BPA.

Elite speed, polished route runner, willing blocker and showed much improved hands in his senior year. Not really a run zone threat but can go up and get it as well. Not afraid to be physical with the ball in or out his hands.

Of course his height and frame is the main knock on him(why I think he's more of a day 2 guy), but would be such a nice piece to our offense as we have Olsen and KB for the more physical type catching/plays. Honestly if he slips in the 2nd I'm pro trading up a couple spots for him.

#3299422 I am on Bre shad Perriman's bandwagon

Posted by Ken on 25 March 2015 - 07:29 PM

Perriman in the 1st? No way. Poor hands, meh route running, iffy technique. Not a fan... for a 1st rounder anyway. I'm on board in the 2nd.

Not sure why people are citing KB when he was a much better prospect. People kept saying KB was "raw" when his college tape said otherwise(ran a lot of pro routes). And KB's drops were almost all concentration problems.

A fast 40 at a pro day won't suddenly make him a better prospect imo.  "Game is not played in underwear"

#3297285 DJ Humphries - OT Florida Gators

Posted by Ken on 24 March 2015 - 11:19 AM

Don't like the thought of picking a developmental OT as #25 with better players on the board.

When you look at all the descriptions of the OT the mocks, it just screams reach. All these guys would be late 1st Round, 2nd Round if they came out last year, except Schreff who is kinda like Zach Martin. (OG not OT)

#3297257 Evan Mathis likely to be cut

Posted by Ken on 24 March 2015 - 10:57 AM

He thinks he's underpaid... LOL. Not an option for us.

#3296613 If our offensive coordinator didn't carry a legendary name

Posted by Ken on 23 March 2015 - 09:19 PM

Seattle playoff game says otherwise to me. Bersin should never be the primary read on any play call ever, worse yet a huge series in an away playoff game.

#3295193 Panthers Predraft Visits/Meetings and What We Can Foolishly Read From Them
