Favorite (or Worst) Live Performance of Any Band?

03 April 2015 - 09:49 PM

I was inspired by a thread on Reddit asking a similar question.  What is your favorite (or worst) live performance of any band?

I listen to some odd music, so mine probably won't be too well known, but I'm interested in what you guys have seen live.

Good Performances

In recent years, Flogging Molly, For Today and Eric Church (and I'm not a country music loving guy).

Aerosmith was my first concert, so they have to get an honorable mention.

Bad Performances

Toby Keith (because he was way too smashed) and I was highly disappointed by The Chariot.

So, what say you?

New York Yankees - 2015

03 April 2015 - 09:33 PM

So, I realize I'm probably the minority around here, but I'm a Yankee fan and damn proud of it.

Before I post what I think our season will be like, I wanted to see if there were any other Yankee fans around here.  How do you think we'll fare?  What are you worried about?  Any young players that you're excited about?  Just wanted to start a thread for general discussion.

Happy Birthday, Panthro!

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

04 November 2014 - 08:01 AM

Today's the day!  If anyone is taking off work/school to play this all day, give those of at work a quick review.

I'll admit that I'm not as excited for this as I have been in the past, but that doesn't mean I won't go get it after work.  Just interested to hear what some people think after playing it.

99 bottles of beer in the box, 99 bottles of beer...

I'm thinking we should order a few of these for the Huddle tailgates....

The brewery thought about having a 12-pack, but decided that wasn’t enough. It “landed on the perfect size – the 99-pack,” which is 82 pounds of beer squeezed into a seven-foot-long case, according to the brewery’s website.
