    Yeah I think YGM is just not good enough at rushing the passer. We just don't have enough talent there.

    I like that you got Zay Flowers there at 39. His catch radius is not great, but we need more offensive weapons badly. I don't want the story of the 2023 season to be that we were lacking in weapons.

    Bad news. From what I can tell PFF has put their simulator behind a pay wall if you want to do a 7 round mock. I was going to do a final mock with the PFF simulator, but not now. PFF has decided to try and cash in on the interest in the draft.

    I was remembering him having a good season, but 300 damn yards is terrible. That's like brain dead for a guy built like an NBA player.

    Yes absolutely if we see a better option over Hurst in the draft pull the trigger. The rookie might not take the starting sport week one, but that doesn't make it a bad pick.

    Not even. Tight ends like Kylie Pitts, and others, can come in and make a big impact before being fully developed. You're seeing this as black and white or something.

    Just to clarify on the Olsen thing. Olsen was traded to us from the Bears because their style of offense couldn't utilize his talent.

    You do understand that Olsen was being used to block on that Bears team. I think you're not understanding what Olson was asked to do on that Bears team, so you have stats out of context.

    Not mention if Hurst, who will be 30 years old running around out there, is injured we have to rely on Ian Thomas for our rookie.

    You're talking about Hurst in his prime being seen as Mayers, but Hurst is past his prime.

    It is not highly unlikely that we can draft a TE better than Hurst. I don't know where you are getting that.

    i would be happy to spend a high big on a better TE than Hurst to have more separation for our rookie. We simply disagree on priorities. You're thinking defense, I'm thinking explosive passing weapons better than what we have now. We'll see how it pans out. Fair to disagree.
