  1. Why is chocolate milk trying to make its self a "protein" health drink? And im sick of those original protein packed lunchables commercials!!
  2. The baby isn't due for two weeks. People acted like she was going to be in labor during the game. Totally untrue
  3. Kb was torching sherm dog as well. A poorly placed foot and a great play by Thomas stopped a four td game from kb
  4. No way you can miss the super bowl. Say we get there and cam is going to be a dad. You guys are ok with him missing the game? Dude is paid MILLIONS not a guy at Wal-Mart missing his shift. If he has to he should miss the birth and his girlfriend should understand.
  5. Great fight? Come on man. This would have been a great fight five years ago. Now, who cares. I know boxing fans will watch but I won't. Had it been done when it should have everyone would have tuned in. They will both still get a fat check but that's all it is and it won't be on my dime.
  6. I eat like a fat ass. Someone brought in cookies today and I think I ate four.

  9. I've seen the mask to, I don't get it. Also don't get beats in the gym but anyway. Wasn't questioning your work out form was just stating an annoyance lol.
  10. I rarely do the leg press. I'd rather squat and do lounges. In fact it's leg day today
  11. I don't get the guys that load the sled up for a 3" range of motion. Not saying you but that annoys me. When I do leg press I bring my knees even with my chest let three momentum stop then push up to just before a straight leg
  12. Got on the running train tonight. Did better than I thought especially after 45 minutes of legs in the gym. Ran two miles and walked another two!
  13. As far as the gym, ideally id like to go at 530 I'm just not a morning person. Usually it ends up being 8 pm
  14. I don't need to lose weight. I'm around 185 at the moment. Ive been around 220 fat and 220 in great shape. I would like to get back to that shape but it's so much work and time. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the biggest thing for me at this point in life I suppose
  15. When im eating right? Oatmeal for breakfast. Lean protein for lunch with whole grain rice and some spinach then just a strawberry/spinach smoothie for dinner. I suck at eating healthy and I'm sure that's not even a good eating plan lol. I need a nutritionist.
  16. My shoulder has been bum for about 4 years. Also I have been a sick fat sack of crap since Christmas day. Time to get back at it this evening. Can't wait to walk in to 200 new members
  17. Me too man it SUCKS. haven't been to the gym since Friday and doubt I will go today. Get ten days off work and spend most of them sick. Last night I didn't wake up in a cold sweat several times so I think the fever has broken, but now I can't quit coughing.
