Most of the teams in the Playoffs can run the ball behind a stout Oline. Fancy blocking schemes only go so far.

Obvious the Oline can not zone block or handle lateral blocking schemes. They excell at straight ahead run blocking and building the pass game off of that. Trying to fit a square peg in a round hole is pointless. Don't waste another season trying to force the issue. Hubbard is a good back who can hit the hole and follow his blockers. The other dude "not to be named" has shown me nothing. Pick up a power back in the draft and start getting back to what they did best. These same guys blocked well for Wilks and ran the ball well. Reich came in and tried to get fancy and fugged it all up. Don't fix it if it ain't broke. Pick up some road graders and start kicking ass and taking names again.

Chark sucked. The few plays he made stand out, when he dropped everything else that came his way.

One would think and hope that he would be spending alot of time with his mechanics, footwork, and accuracy. Any news on what the plan is to improve on his game. He needs all the help he can get. Maybe some of you "football junkies" have heard something.

We lost the trade due to the Shitt way we used the picks on JAG's and less then JAG's. And not getting a #1 pick for CMC was another loss. Fitt really fuged that up. Did he not want to be here, who knows. I remember him hanging out in the Bahamas with his beautiful fiance, instead of being on the field. I'm sure he was okay with the team letting him lay low while cashing a check.

Tepper is a piece of work. Team is totally dysfunctional and Tepper is the main reason why. This is not a way to run a franchise.

It appears he is giving Canales the reigns to hire the coaching staff he wants. Maybe the first step in getting out of the way and letting the HC decide the hires. If he continues this with Morgan also, things maybe looking up. Fingers crossed

If they get the players needed to succeed (WR's, Oline, and some Dline help), Canales will make it work. Bryce can't be much worse then he was last year That's the bottom line to any improvement. Get the personal needed and let the young coach cook. That's the post.

Joe Person writes that both men will report to Tepper. So the same shitt is going to happen again. Never ending circle with this guy. He can't just sit back and let the coaches do the job. Jerry Jones 2.0 type shitt. Tepper has to have his thumb on the scale or he is not happy. Any hope I had of things changing have flown out the window. Canales is just the guy he wanted because he can force his will on him. Morgan not so much, but I am sure he found ways that he could influence him also. Dis-heartening to say the least. Bryce needs to be much more then "servicable". First round pick needs to be the guy and a difference maker. Anything less is bullshitt.

Meh. The Bucs weren't top twenty in offense amd the running game was even lower. Teppers temper tantrums caused them a top hire.

Don't know anything about this guy except his success with Baker and Geno. If Tepper didn't shitt the bed with his antics and bad decision making,we may have had a chance at one of the top candidates. Now we have to roll the dice on a guy with OC experience and a short resume. I have the feeling all the big names just had second thoughts about coming here and said fug no after some consideration. He was one of the guys happy for the chance. No one else had much interest. I hope for the best and expect the worst... Good job
